Hold Policy
If you need a little more time before you finally decide on the perfect gown, you will want to take advantage of our unique service.
You may put the gown on a free, 48-hour hold. The gown is taken out of inventory so other brides do not see it. If you do not contact us within 48 hours, the gown will go back into inventory.
Layaway Policy
Layaway plans are offered at no additional charge if you wish to space payments. The item remains in the shop during the layaway term.
Alterations & Customizations
On-site alterations by our experienced seamstress are available for an additional fee. Because our gowns are physically in the shop, we can easily customize to a bride’s wishes. For example, adding sleeves or straps for more coverage on a strapless gown, removing excess under-skirt tulling to slim the skirt, or creating a “fit and flare” shape from an a-line skirt.
